Series EPHW luminaires for pedestrian crossing zones

The luminaires of the EPHW series have been designed especially for illuminating pedestrian crossing zones as per the requirements of theinternational standards. An addaptive rotating fixing mechanism incombination with the original design having excellent termal characteristicssecure long term and reliable operation at all atmospheric conditions.  Theaddaptive fixing mechanizm allows fixing to all types of poles.

Recommendations for the use of EPHW luminaires for different types of footpaths

  • For a footpath with a length of 7 meters (road with two lanes) - 1 pcs. of luminaires EPHW40 or EPHW60 mounted on one side on a pole with a height of 6-8 meters.
  • For a footpath with a length of 10 meters (road with three lanes) - 2pcs. of luminaires EPHW40 mounted opposite on poles with a height of 6-8 meters.
  • For a footpath with a length of 12 meter (road with four lanes) - 2pcs. EPHW60 luminaires mounted opposite poles with a height of 6-8 meters.
  • The EPHW30 luminaire can be used for streets up to 4 meters wide, on poles 6 meters high.
  • The luminaires can be mounted on existing street lighting poles or on poles of traffic lights.
  • When building of new poles, the way of fixing of the luminaires can be in accordance with the way of supplying the power cable at the top of the pole.
  • The length of the power cable built into the luminaire can be negotiated.
  • The angle of the luminaire can be adjusted.
  • The width of the emitted luminous flux can be changed according to the specific project.
  • For larger intersections and wider footpaths, separate projects can be considered with the use of more powerful luminaires.
