Engineering
ELTA-R has many years of experience in installation and commissioning complex information and communication systems. For the implementation of these activities the Engineering Department is in charge.The department has a well trained and highly qualified staff. Most of them are graduate engineers whit University degrees.
For our customers, we offer complete services - supply, installation and commissioning of the equipment and components for a given project. Training of the costumer staff related to the work and the operation of the systems is required. The training is done at the training center of ELTA-R or at the site of the client.
The Engineering Department has service teams, equipped with vehicles, spare parts and equipment to carry out urgent repairs at the client's sites.
The company has an operating Centre. In Bulgaria additional regional service centers operate. Requests for support, service and repairs are coordinated by a special call center.
Engineering services for "turn-key" projects and warranty maintenance generally provided are:
- Survey, consulting, analysis and design;
- Delivery of equipment;
- Cabling for telephone and computer systems;
- Installation and commissinioning telephone systems;
- Installation and commissioning local access networks - workstations, servers, active equipment;
- Installation and commissioning CCTV;
- Installation and commissioning fire alarm systems;
- Installation and commissioning of systems for access control;
- Installation and commissioning security systems;
- System integration and development of Information and Communication Systems.
