Services during warranty period

For equipment bought from the shops network or from a distributor, the repairs usually are made after delivery of the faulty equipment or modules of it to the Main Service center or any of the other Service centers.

The repairs are made within the shortest possible time – up to 48 hours.

For equipment or a system bought on the basis of a complex contract directly signed with ELTA-R, the client is guaranteed for constant operability of the equipment or the system supplied. I this case the remedy of the fault is made at the site of the client, strictly observing the following:

  • Time for remedy within 24 hours ( shorter terms possible);  
  • Free consultations and technical assistance related to servicing, exploitation, extension and modernization of the equipment (system);     
  • 24 hour contact telephone line – (for clients with 24 hours mode of operation only).
