Engineering
ELTA-R has many years of experience in installation and commissioning complex information and communication systems. For the implementation of these activities the Engineering Department is in charge.
Services during warranty period
For equipment bought from the shops network or from a distributor, the repairs usually are made after delivery of the faulty equipment or modules of it to the Main Service center or any of the other Service centers.
Services during post warranty period
Usually upon expiry of the warranty period clients with a complex contract are offered to sign a contract for post warranty services on subscription basis.
R&D services
ELTA-R has a well organized R & D center. It is structured as a separate “R & D” Directorate.
